1. Scope of Services

JK Electrical & Plumbing provides electrical repairs, house wiring, fault diagnostic inspections, pipeline layout installations, bathroom fixtures setup, and pump motor servicing by background-verified, certified technicians. All services are quoted flat-rate or per dynamic materials required.

2. 30-Day Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer an explicit 30-day warranty on the repair labor. If the exact identical issue returns within 30 days of completion, our technicians will arrive and fix it completely free of charge. Any third-party spare parts supplied directly carry respective brand warranties and are not covered under labor warranties.

3. Payment & Billing

A minimal inspection/diagnostic fee of ₹199 applies to locate faults. If the customer elects to proceed with the recommended repair, this diagnostic fee is completely waived and deducted from the final repair bill. Payments are due immediately upon project completion. We accept Cash, UPI, and major digital banking portals.

4. Customer Safety & Liabilities

High-voltage electricity and water pressure carry physical liabilities. Customers are advised to isolate standard circuit breakers or master water gate-valves in severe emergencies prior to our team's arrival. JK Enterprise is not liable for structural damage caused by pre-existing deteriorated pipes, illegal copper tapings, or delayed customer reporting of emergencies.
